The steam module is constructed especially long to allow the garments even at high
travelling speed to take on enough steam to relax. The hereby achieved deep saturation
of the fabric guarantees a good result especially on garments made from natural fibres.

There’s a pre-steaming device integrated in the especially developed steam module.

The steam module has an
option to switch from 12 rows of jets to 16 rows to spray the steam exactly to the
garment.

The steam jet rows are set up vertical against each other to grant a constant treatment
of the clothing pieces.

The stepless programming of the steam quantity allows an optimal dosing. Therefore it’s
grant that the fibre take up the minimum necessary steam quantity for the smoothing.

In the lower area of the steam module the steam jets can be switched off according to
the program, so that on shorter articles no waste of steam or energy occurs.

Air-seal-bags at the entrance and exit of the steam module grant that hardly no steam
escapes the environment.

Huge service doors make it very easy for cleaning and maintenance of the steam module.

In the steam module is an additional perforated panel that can be moved via the
programmer to disperse the steam to avoid direct spraying on to sensitive materials like
velvet, velour or synthetic fleece to avoid marks.
