Hot air  / finishing module

• The optimal air flow in the hot air module has a definite influence on finish quality, output and efficiency.

• Due to the frequency controlled drive of radial fans the intensity of the air stream can be precisely programmed and well adapted to each article.

• The huge heat exchangers allow high output at minimum stream losses.

• Due to the powerful radial fans the full stream energy is used and this allows high stretching power for smoothening the articles also in the lower area. Also the difficult finishing of cotton articles is possible.

• Even distribution of mechanic power and temperatures and therefore even finish quality.

• Large and precisely closing service doors grant easy access to filters for lint, heat exchangers, fans, steam valves, steam traps and pressure regulators. Therefore the service as well as the access to dropped parts are much easier.

• The modular system of the Indupress tunnel finisher permits the composition of steam and finishing modules for different outputs. By adding of steam and finishing modules the system can grow for higher output requirements.
