Transportation system
The reliability during the daily use is
determined by the construction of the conveyor system.
At the INDUPRESS high performance finisher it have been managed to combine the advantages of
an optimal procedure system of the finishing process with a remarkable safe, strong and
maintenance-free conveyor system.
The conveyor system is made out of a new very strong temperature resistant polymer material.
The transportation conveyor is build without chain and tensioning station and allows the
adjustment of the garments distance in 10cm steps. Therefore a high and optimal productivity
and quality is grant on the INDUPRESS tunnel finisher.
This system can work with all kind of hangers without any problems. Unlike else standard
systems with screw conveyor or skid pipes this novel conveyor with hanger carrier has the
main advantage for the operating reliability that every hanger keeps his clearly defined
position during the whole distance. This is not only important for the conveyor safety and
finishing quality but also decisive for a save function of conveyor systems with integrated
target control and therefore exactly pursue of the parts.
The conveyor system of the tunnel finisher has an unequalled high flexibility with regard to
the integration in complete system flows and therefore in extern transportation units. The
control can be done from any direction depending on organizational and regional requirements.
Switching station
Exact switching to the pressing carrier,
independent of the side of the hanging
Take out station
Exact delivery from the pressing carrier if
necessary with change of the hanging side. The deliveries are controllable to reach
different take out directions or to take over sort tasks.
